He decided to specialize in golf performance because he was tired of seeing too many of his past clients not reach their potential. He knew it was not just their golf swing but their lack of skills and body compensations that were the source of their problems. This is why he started studying the body / swing connection as well as how to use the ground effectively. He also built a team of professionals to help his clients really see improvement in the entirety of their golf game and life. Sean is dedicated to his own personal performance and growth by continually learning new and improved methods of teaching, coaching, and training.

Garrett, a knowledgeable US Kids Golf certified coach, specializes in junior coaching and has worked with various skill levels. He played varsity golf at Kickapoo High School and is currently attending Missouri State University. Garrett focuses on teaching the five key fundamentals of golf while making the learning experience enjoyable for everyone.
Wesley Hughes
Mental Performance Coach
Wesley Hughes is a Mental Performance Coach in the Springfield area. He played at a high level in baseball with studies in sports mental performance and coaching. He learned the mental tools all athletes need to possess to perform at a high level. He equips athletes with the tools to level up their mental game and ENJOY their sport again. He does this by first identifying barriers that affect confidence, prioritizing mindfulness tools, and finally helping athletes reshape their game experience.
He offers:
- Group/sports team interactive presentations
- One-on-one individualized sessions
- Small group sessions with teams

Dr. Cole is a Sports Chiropractor located right down the road in South Springfield. Drawing from his background in college athletics and a deep passion for human movement, Dr. Cole helps local athletes, golfers, and active individuals stay at their best. As the owner of 417 Performance Chiropractic and Sports Rehab, he applies the same level of precision and care that elite athletes receive to every patient he works with.
